If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hourglasscreationsink@gmail.com.

 

Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we’ll gladly make it right with a store credit.

For non-consumable items (such as wish bottles), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
